Who we are and what we do
In 2005 we began as a Document Management and Print solutions provider, taking a manufacturer neutral approach to serving our clients’ printing needs. Through the years we have seen the evolution of communication technologies. Whether its the printed page that needs to be mailed, or digitized records requiring integrated document archival solutions, it became clear that clients were reliant on various vendors, many of which had little knowledge of the other technologies that were already in place. Conflicting technologies, a lack of knowledge, and often costly decisions had clients coming to us for help. A common experience our clients had prior to choosing Summit, was having to deal with numerous vendors, some they simply didnt like, others who had regular account management turnover, and ultimately they had to carry the burden of managing vendors, contracts, and crossing fingers when putting trust in those who didnt fully know their business. Today Summit provides leading critical business solutions ranging from Document Technology solutions to full Managed IT Solutions. Our diverse partner ecosystem allows us to bring a holistic approach to providing all of your unique technology needs together with a focus on your specific needs. If you have a unique need or a special project we have our IT Consulting group who can help design a technology roadmap and vet providers to ensure we incorporate and manage those solution providers under our single umbrella.
